Horseback rides
Discover the west coast of Sant’Antioco on horseback, following trails through Mediterranean scrub, past cliffs and sweeping sea views. Our rides are organised in small groups, with particular attention to safety and to the needs of each rider.
Quad adventures
An exciting way to explore Sant’Antioco along panoramic routes, dirt tracks and landscapes overlooking the sea. Before setting off, you’ll receive all the information you need and a briefing so you can enjoy the ride safely.
Stargazing experiences
When the sun goes down, another experience begins at Carolina Ranch.
The Moon, the planets, the Milky Way and the deep sky take centre stage at our stargazing nights, created together with professionals and science communicators and, depending on the event, enriched with nature, archaeology, storytelling and music.
From Sunset to the Stars
A Ranch visit, a guided walk to the Giants’ Tomb (Tomba dei Giganti), sunset over the sea and a starry sky above the Meadow of Dreams (Prato dei Sogni) with an astrophysicist.
Secret Sky
You know when, but not where: the coordinates arrive just a few hours before. A sunset walk, stories and telescopes, in a different place every time.
Team Experience
Tailor-made experiences for companies and work teams, combining nature, horses, quads, good company and the night sky. No standard packages: we build the day together with you.
Pony School
A programme for children aged 4 to 11 to discover ponies through play, movement and bonding with the animals. In summer, Pony Games for holidaymakers too.
Ranch Experiences
Some experiences begin simply by opening the Ranch gate: meeting our animals, discovering how they spend their days and, if you like, taking part in caring for them yourself.

There's much more to discover at the Ranch
Pony School
A programme for little ones (ages 4–11) to meet the pony, learn how to approach it and discover the bond with the animal through fun, educational activities. In summer, Pony Games for holidaymakers too.
Ranch Experiences
Ranch Life (ages 12+, €65) to take part in caring for the animals, or Ranch Visit (30 minutes, all ages, €30 for up to 5 people) to meet our animals as a family.
Team Experience
Tailor-made team building in Sardinia: companies and work teams, combining nature, horses, quads, good company and the night sky. No standard packages.
Gift Card
Give an experience at Carolina Ranch as a gift: horseback, quad, Ranch or pony. They choose the day, with us. Valid for 12 months.

Carolina Ranch is home
Carolina Ranch was founded by Carlo and Viviana and is named after their daughter Carolina.
It’s a family project that has grown over the years together with the animals, the people who come here and the extraordinary land of Sant’Antioco. A place we love and have chosen to share with everyone who comes to visit us.
